Until we have a finalized set of instructions the pictures in this zip file and install notes below will be more than enough to aid in this install. Read the title of each pic for a description of what each picture is. NOTES: -For B5 S4 ONLY see the clearancing pics (the 00 aluminum uprights are different than the 01 and 02 steel uprights) -For B5 S4 ONLY additional clearancing up top is required as well as below for the rotor on the 330mm kit. -The rotors install with the slots and fins pointed diagonally towards the rear of the car so the rotors can pump air from the inside of the rotor outwards. -Torque the caliper mounting bolts to 100 ft lb and use Red loctite on the nut. -Be extremely clean with the rotors and make sure they are thoroughly cleaned with brake parts cleaner before putting on the car and then once again before driving. -You must remove and discard your factory dust sheild. This also allows our rotors to get more air due to their fin design. -You will need to splice your original pad sensor wires on your old pads into the new porsche pad wires (see attached pics). -Make sure you bed the pads in properly and fully so you don't get any pad deposits which causes pulsation. See pdf in this zip file for more info on this. -Make sure you tighten all brake hoses and banjo fittings so they don't leak. -Make sure you route the brake hoses away from the inside of the wheel and the front axles.
